Executive Chef Camille Le Caër announces he will be teaching a special Valentine's Day Macaron Baking class on Wednesday, February 15th from 6:00-8:00pm at the Broadway Market Kitchen, located at 999 Broadway St. in Buffalo, NY. We will be making Raspberry-Chocolate Macaron! Tickets sell for $69 per person. Maximum tickets for sale: 16 What's on the program? Macaron Vanilla, the macaron base, poaching bag techniques, Italian meringue demonstration. MACARON IS A GLUTEN FREE COOKIE, made with almonds (treenuts). Patrons must purchase Baking Class tickets by 11:59pm Tuesday, 14th February, 2023. Patrons of this special event are entitled to 10% off a Private Dinner cooked by Chef Camille in the comfort of their own home.
