The 5 French "Mother Sauces" are béchamel, velouté, espagnole, hollandaise, and tomato. It is from these 5 sauces that all other sauces are made.
Chef Camille will be explaining each of these, and then he will demonstrate with you how to make make your choice of a Bèchamel sauce that can be paired with local, organic free-range chicken; or a Hollandaise sauce which is marvelous served with salmon.
